Dadourian Management properties are located in one of the most culturally distinct parts of New York City, Chinatown. Facing a shifting demographic, the real estate management company wanted to honor its roots while embracing a quickly changing neighborhood.
The Outcome.
TBGA created a brand identity that fused modern and traditional Chinese design motifs with traditional “lucky” colors: gold and red. Popular and recognizable, the elegant mark was applied to signage, stationery, website and media kits.
